This agreement is between DRIVEN BY VISION PTY LTD (“Company”) and the Client and any site visitor of https://www.anthonychovan.com/

1. Services

The Company agrees to provide services as outlined in the agreed proposal or contract.

2. Client Responsibilities

The Client/Site Visitor agrees to:

• Provide accurate information

• Respond in a timely manner

• Fulfill payment obligations

3. Fees and Payment

• Payments must be made as agreed

• Late payments may incur fees

• Work may be paused for overdue invoices

4. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific results from our services.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice.

7. Liability

Liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by New South Wales law.
